At CardOrbit, we offer pre-orders for selected upcoming Pokémon trading card products and collectibles. This policy explains how pre-orders work, including payment, release dates, shipping, cancellations, and delays.

1. What Is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order allows customers to purchase an eligible product before its expected release date.

Pre-order products are clearly identified on the relevant product page. The estimated release date shown on the website is based on information available from manufacturers, distributors, or suppliers and may change.

2. Pre-Order Availability

All pre-orders are subject to availability and supplier confirmation.

Placing a pre-order does not guarantee that the manufacturer or supplier will provide the exact quantity originally expected.

If CardOrbit is unable to fulfill a pre-order, we will contact the affected customer and provide an appropriate resolution, including a refund where applicable.

3. Pre-Order Payment

Unless otherwise stated on the product page or during checkout, pre-orders may require payment at the time the order is placed.

Payment may be authorized or processed by our payment provider according to the applicable payment method.

If a pre-order is cancelled because CardOrbit cannot fulfill it, any applicable refund will generally be issued to the original payment method.

4. Estimated Release Dates

Pre-order release dates are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Release dates may change due to circumstances including:

  • Manufacturer delays

  • Distributor delays

  • Production issues

  • Shipping disruptions

  • Customs processing

  • Supplier availability

  • Transportation delays

  • Other circumstances outside CardOrbit's reasonable control

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes to customers when we become aware of them.

5. Pre-Order Shipping

Pre-order products are generally shipped after the product has been released and becomes available to CardOrbit for fulfillment.

Shipping times depend on the customer's location and selected shipping method.

Once an order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided when available.

Please refer to our Shipping Policy for additional information.

6. Orders Containing Pre-Order and In-Stock Items

If an order contains both pre-order products and in-stock products, the items may be shipped together when the pre-order products become available.

Unless otherwise stated, CardOrbit may not automatically split the order into separate shipments.

If you would like to place separate shipments, we recommend placing separate orders.

Additional shipping charges may apply to separately placed orders.

7. Pre-Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel a pre-order, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Email: contact@CardOrbit.shop
Phone: +1 (479) 345-1674

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests before fulfillment or shipment.

Any cancellation rights provided by applicable consumer law remain unaffected by this policy.

8. Manufacturer or Supplier Changes

Manufacturers may change product artwork, packaging, specifications, quantities, contents, or other product details before release.

Where such changes occur, CardOrbit will rely on the final product supplied by the manufacturer or authorized supplier.

Minor changes to packaging or product presentation do not necessarily constitute grounds for cancellation unless otherwise required by applicable law.

9. Pre-Order Quantity Limits

To ensure fair availability, CardOrbit may place quantity limits on certain pre-order products.

Orders exceeding an advertised quantity limit may be adjusted or cancelled where permitted by law.

Customers should not place multiple orders for the purpose of circumventing a stated purchase limit.

10. Pre-Order Pricing

The price displayed when the pre-order is placed will generally apply to that order, subject to correction of obvious pricing errors and applicable law.

If a significant product or pricing change requires an adjustment to an existing pre-order, CardOrbit may contact affected customers before fulfillment.

11. Delayed or Postponed Releases

If a manufacturer, distributor, or supplier postpones a release, the pre-order will generally remain active unless the customer or CardOrbit cancels it.

We will make reasonable efforts to provide updated information when a revised release date becomes available.

12. Cancelled Products

If a manufacturer or supplier permanently cancels a product or CardOrbit is unable to obtain the product for fulfillment, affected customers will be notified.

Where payment has already been collected and the order cannot be fulfilled, CardOrbit will provide an applicable refund.

13. Pre-Order Returns

After a pre-order product has been delivered, returns are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy and applicable consumer-protection laws.

Mandatory statutory rights are not affected by this policy.

14. Collectible Products and Pull Rates

For sealed Pokémon trading card products, CardOrbit cannot guarantee that a particular card, rarity, artwork, pull, or special variation will be included.

Product contents and pull rates are determined by the manufacturer.

Pre-ordering a product does not provide any additional guarantee regarding its contents or future market value.
